(More customer reviews)The hitch, itself seemed fine, but I gave it as a Christmas present and was disappointed that the plastic on the package was torn, and the back had been taped back up. I wish the seller would have mentioned that in the product description and offered a discount as a result. Then I could have decided whether to pay more for an unopened package, or buy the torn one at a discount. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift in that condition :(
