(More customer reviews)We love this bike trailer. It is very stable and is easy to connect and disconnect (a concern of mine as I like riding by myself too). My daughter who is 6 and has Down Syndrome, LOVES riding it and wants to go on bike rides all the time now. She doesn't have the muscle tone to ride independently, and this was a great alternative to a bike stroller (which is not very age appropriate). It did take some bribing to make her try it, but now she loves it.
The only bad thing - it arrived damaged from Fed Ex, as a result, I believe of poor packaging from the manufacturer. When I contacted them for replacement parts, they said I had to contact the dealer, that they couldn't help me and even reprimanded me for buying online (they don't have a local dealer near me). The only option with Amazon was to return the entire thing - Luckily, the seller was helpful enough to locate and send me replacement parts (the handlebar and the seat tube).
