I didn't receive my Hitch Cover, and when I emailed to check on it, was told that the mailing address was wrong and that it came back to them...doubtful, as it is the same business address I use for all my shipping. I was not pleased that I was the one having to contact them when the product didn't show up...that they never called or emailed me. But in the end, I was happy with the hitch cover.
