(More customer reviews)Installation was easy. Only took about 5 minutes and it was ready to go. We use this on the trailer of our 16 foot aluminum boat. Winding it in works well, but on a few occasions the gripping teeth in the wheel don't always hold the strap in place and it slips a little. This also happens when unwinching the boat. It seems to slip some. Not that big of a deal, as it's a good winch for the price.
